These Terms of Use govern the use of the “Reserve” app (the “App”). By installing and using it, you agree to these terms.
Reserve is a self-management tool for people with ME/CFS and Long COVID. Based on your input and optional health data, the App estimates a daily “energy reserve” and supports pacing. All outputs are non-binding estimates.
The App is not a medical device within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2017/745 (MDR). It is not intended for the diagnosis, treatment, mitigation or prevention of disease and is no substitute for medical or therapeutic advice. Do not make medical decisions based solely on the App and consult a healthcare professional if in doubt.
The App is provided without warranty as to accuracy, completeness or availability. Liability for damages arising from its use is excluded to the extent permitted by law; liability for intent, gross negligence and for damages resulting from injury to life, body or health remains unaffected.
All data you enter and any values read from Apple Health are stored exclusively on your device. See the Privacy Policy for details.
The App may offer a way to support it financially via external services. Donations are voluntary, unlock no features and create no claim to any goods or services in return.
These terms may be updated, e.g. for new features or a changed legal situation. For material changes, you will be asked to consent again in the App.
